Latest in Beauty Box Review

You may have seen my News Flash blog recently where I told you about this amazing subscription box from Latest in Beauty. The box included 15 products, some full size, for just £19.95. 

As you can imagine the box when like hot cakes and sold out within a few days, so I'm sorry to those who missed out on the box. I'll obviously keep you all informed of any other amazing boxes that the company come out with! 

So the box itself was plain black with the companies name written on it. Similarly to other subscription box companies a little magazine is included which tells you all about the products inside the box and the retail price but discount codes if you want to purchase any of the products. 

These are the products that were contained within the box and you can see that there is some really good full sized products here including the Too Faced - Better Than Sex Mascara which retails at £19 - theres your box paid for right there. Everything else is pretty much a free bonus! 

The box contained a full size eye-shadow and eye-brow palette from the brand Make-up Revolution. Some of the colours are matte whilst others are metallic.  I believe that they are a new brand and at a retail price of just £4 I don't think this is that bad - cheap and cheerful. 

Next up we have a bath soak from Kneipp which if I'm honest smells like cough medicine. It is herbal which is probably why! Also in the box was a perfume sample from Roger & Gallet. Never heard of them but it smells lovely. 

Onto one of the products that I have used, L'Occitane Lotion Devine which is I believe a facial moisturiser. It smells lovely and feels really nice on the skin. Next to that is the Elemis Foot Cream which I am yet to try out, but as with all things Elemis I'm sure it's fab. 

Onto a few little bits now, firstly we have a lip stick sample from Charlotte Tilbury. The sample is lip shaped and you kiss it and the lipstick is transferred onto your lips! Genius!  My shade was in So Marilyn with is a ruby red shade. 

Next is a full size bottle of Essie in Fashion  Playground. Its a minty green colour with little specks of shimmer running through it. 

A full size Bourjois Cream Blush in the colour Nude Velvet and a sample size REN Satin Perfection BB Cream. And not forgetting a mini Benefit's It's Potent Eye Cream. 

We then move onto what I like to call the 'more grown up' products. So from left to right we have Bee Good Honey & Wild Water Mint Cleasing Water, LOLA Kabuki Brush (retail price £19!), La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water Spray and a lovely smelling hand wash from Janjira. 

The main reason why I bought the box - the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.

So there you go, the box in all it's glory! I'm pretty impressed and I can't wait to start using more of the products as time goes on.
